1. The Matrix function
The Matrix function is just that – a grid-based Matrix to track and organize inventory. A brief description of the matrix function allows you to replicate multiple database fields when checking in new items so that any merchant, in their retail location(s) can quickly replicate size, color, manufacture, style, width or length when checking in a single item. This feature allows you to easily create all combinations of these standard database field sets. For example, shoes come in a standard set of sizes and widths, and pants come in standard waists and inseams. With the Matrix function, when a new style comes in, you can easily create all combinations of these standard sets.
When the store wants to update these items, the Matrix function displays all the related items in a grid or spreadsheet format. A wide variety of fields, including, but not limited to, price, cost, minimum and maximum quantities can easily be updated for all related items. This same grid format is used to easily create purchase orders.
The Matrix function is included at no cost in all InfoTouch Apparel software solutions for shoes and clothing. For Example:
If I check in a new Nike running shoe, once I create the database with: The name of the shoe & the manufacturer of the shoe. Then I can replicate the database fields for that shoe and instead of creating them all by hand I have fields covering all variations of:
of that shoe instantly populated from one database item including all the different variables for all the different shoes that I’m checking in. Just fill in the quantity of each shoe and you have completely received and created a new data base item for your business(s).
2. Customer Account Database
This robust module allows you to track every sale from every customer. Market to all customers with targeted and global email blasts. Filter by customers: purchase histories, corporate affiliation or any information in your database. Send emails to high volume customers, corporations, provide special discounts or even announce new product arrivals or a customer appreciation night. Full Time and Attendance Module
One of the largest costs for any business is the cost of employees. Time management and scheduling employee’s, adjusting for peak times, peak days, or seasonal changes is crucial when successfully managing and maximizing your team’s efficiency. Shift reports, time and attendance module comes standard with every system. Accurate and auditable records of all employee hours and gross wage calculations are at the center of the Employee Module.
All employees can clock in/clock out through any register, tablet or terminal in the system while managers can monitor and adjust these ‘punches’ accordingly. In addition to hourly and salaried wage rates, the system calculates individual or group commission plans, bonuses, and spiffs for employees. Employee shift scheduling is also available.
Security in our systems is second to none. 8 standard levels of security access are in each software but you also can customize each employee profile within any level that allows you to provide access to or deny permissions for that individual. Granting access and exceptions to different users inside the same level of access is very common. This includes granting or limiting access and permissions within many standard security levels all the way down to each button security.

Print Gift Receipts
You don’t have to leave the register to perform your shift closeout making it one step for any shift change employee. The shift closeout function provides you options to set with every employee’s security profile.
You can allow an employee to perform the standard closeout and have the balance of the till provided to them for confirmation or you can set them to a “Blind Closeout” which has them perform the closeout without knowing the totals that are calculated for the till so they can be audited and reviewed later.
