1. Work Order Building
This feature was developed and perfected for Kinko’s. The Software provides you the unique ability to build orders right across the screen from the button array. Providing you a template for all your buttons that trigger selective indices that allow you select and define all the parameters for an order when engaging with a customer. Some buttons on the standard opening order screen include: thickness, color, department, type of paper, size, quantiles, or additional parameter order buttons that all open up additional finalizing options. Once you choose a button on your screen that button opens up and drills down to a secondary array providing you with options that allow you to further define and finalize any print order. For Example: once the color button is touched in the opening orders screen that opens up a new button array with providing all the buttons for each color that is carried for that thickness of paper stock.
2. Customer Database
The customer database (Customer Accounts) stores every sale to every customer and allows you to manage, run reports from your customers/clients or specific wholesale or corporate customers in addition to your retail customers. It fully integrated to the Accounts Receivable Module. Review buying patterns and designate the wholesale discount levels, if any, along with the taxable or nontaxable status for any customer, client, business or organization. Track customer or business loyalty (Points or Store Credit) and gift cards as a frequent VIP member. Along with providing you full access to the complete purchase history for every customer/client, business or origination. You also have an extensive customized notes fields for each customer available in the customer data base. This allows customized information for each client or wholesale business. You can add sale notifications for items they commonly purchase.
3. Full Accounts Receivable Module
Integrated with every system is an A/R module which integrates to the customer database. Print Statements, manage account receivable clients and take full or partial payments by any tender at any terminal from any wholesale client. immediately at the POS and apply these payments directly to an invoice or the account. This module ties to the customer database. Set up any customer and apply a discount level from the 10 available. Set up terms and extend or deny credit with limits in their profile. Preset any taxable and nontaxable items for that specific customer. As a wholesale customer you can allow them to pay on account, pay down their credit line during a purchase or at any time, and you can offer timely payment discounts or you can offer additional discounts or incentives for payment by credit card, debit card or cash. Any tender type will work seamlessly and all tendered payments are to industry standards.
InfoTouch POS Software for Feed Stores provides you the ability to: set credit limits, post payments, view, print and email out statements to customers, companies, or buying co-ops at any time, take payments link multiple accounts to a master account for co-op buying groups. Age balances with flexible balance periods and apply any service charges supported for past due accounts.
4. Quantity Unit Pricing
This feature allows you to set up a threshold for a price then if that threshold is achieved the software will charge a new lower price for the items. This also can tie in directly to the wholesale sourced pricing you have already set in your customer database. For Example:
- Buy 0 – 50 copies and receive the standard price
- Buy 51-100 Copies and receive a different set price
- Buy 101-350 Copies and receive another preset price
- and then if you buy more than 1000 Copies and receive another preset price
Quantity Unit Pricing (and Cost) can go out 4 decimal places on all prices levels for Quantity Unit Pricing.
- Color 11 X 17 ss quantity 0-50 is $1.38 each
- Color 11 X 17 ss quantity 51-100 is $1.25 each
- Color 11 X 17 ss quantity 101-350 is $1.10 each
5. Allows for Fractional Quantities
Take any sale down to the 4th decimal point to allow for fractional quantities received or sold. Adjustments to fractional quantities can be made at any time and even adjusted at checkout with the proper security clearance.
6. Quotes and Bids
The POS Software provides you the ability to generate quotes and bids for projects without depleting from standing inventory. Generate quotes for future delivery. Quotes can be suspended and adjusted at any time. For Example: A client orders 10,000 fliers and calls back before you print the order and adjusts it to only 5,000.
You have the ability to pull up the suspended order adjust touch and adjust the order to get to the corrected quantities and any discounts that might have been realized for ordering that quantity the software will automatically readjust all pricing and billing for that order. Remember on all orders you can add in Labor, or Hours + Delivery Charges to any quote or bid as additional line items.
Additional Key Features
You have the ability to find any inventory item 6 different ways in seconds for a customer or when constructing a PO. The POS Software allows you easy access to search all real-time inventory from any terminal or tablet. Search by:

• The vendor/distributor number

Set MIN/MAX quantities for every inventory item so a PO will trigger in replenishment automatically and print out with the daily close reports every night any items reaching their minimum quantity on hand. Execute the PO and review from your vendor list identifying: fastest ship, lowest price, best terms and other factors before finalizing the PO.
When editing or adding to a purchase order you can have the ability to review the entire sales history for any inventory item on the same screen and at the same time you are constructing a PO to provide accurate review of the sales history.

Each employee added to the security has a customizable profile that allows you to fully customize access and permissions for that individual.
