It provides your customer with incentives seeking the more they buy the more they save. There is no need for bundling or separating of items to make sure the customer ids achieving a discount level as the software calculates all that for you at the point of sale. You can offer discounts on specific items, groups, departments or categories from your inventory. You can set multiple discount levels. Set deposits as a percentage or dollar amount of the total sale or a flat fee. With the Customer Account Database you are provided a tool to see the entire purchase history of every customer. This integrates with all your internal customer loyalty programs. You can market and perform targeted email blasts to specific customer groups, or global blasts to all customer with a sale announcement, special promotional night or to promote new product arrivals for a group or origination. You can even generate email lists from through specific items purchased or offer VIP or club discounts to businesses, groups, or originations.


The Loyalty Feature can provide Store Credit or Loyalty Points. For any inventory items that come to you without bar codes, or SKU’s you can quickly and easily create, print, and apply barcodes and print shelf tags to track and manage all your inventory items.


Products may be purchased overseas, or from manufacturers that do not label the individual items, if you are breaking down fabrics from another country or measuring by the roll or item anything can be easily tracked, tagged and managed by creating and applying your own bar codes or shelf tags for that product. You can even preprint labels for yet to arrive Purchase Orders so employees know the labels have to be applied before displaying the new inventory in the store. All these in-house SKU’s/Barcodes are integrated into all reports for profit and loss, movement, reordering and quantity on hand.

Multiple commissions tracking is available

Optionally Set Gross Profit

Set your gross profit on any item or department to a Fixed Percentage over cost, fixed Dollar over cost, or set to calculated. If cost goes up and the item is set on fixed % or fixed dollar gross profit, then the prices will automatically change as well allowing the merchant to maintain margins.
