The software automatically identifies all the sale priced items in a Quantity based discount so there is no need for grouping anything at checkout which provides a slower check out experience and heightens the possibility of errors. (after reaching 5 items the software automatically provides the discount to all items and add any additional items if that is how your set up the promotion) These are just a few ways to promote and market your inventory.

System Security

All InfoTouch software systems come with 8 standard levels of security access. Each employee added to the security has a customizable profile that allows you to fully customize access and permissions for that individual. Granting access and exceptions to different users inside the same level of access is very common.


This includes granting or limiting access and permissions within many standard security levels. All the security functions work for single store operations as well as Multi-Store chains that run the InfoTouch “Store to the Core” Enterprise Manager software.

Optionally Set Gross Profit

Set your gross profit on any item or department to a Fixed Percentage over cost, fixed Dollar over cost, or set to calculated. If cost goes up and the item is set on fixed % or fixed dollar gross profit, then the prices will automatically change as well allowing the merchant to maintain margins.

Print Gift Receipts


Run 1,000’s of different reports in real-time with date ranges and other sort field options. Inventory sales reports, Sales history reports, Standing Inventory valuation report, Sale turns, and Retail margin by item or department to name just a few of the popular reports.

Price Override at the Register

The software allows for customer based discounts at the register if the employee security profile allows it. There are extensive security levels with every Gift Shop POS Software System sold. If you choose to allow the Price Override feature, then adjustments can be made on-the-fly by security level employees at the register.


An employee or manager can change the selling price on the fly. As with all changes made by any employee logged into the system you can review the logs and run reports on the discounts provided for any employee or shift.

Blind Shift Closeout Available

Inside the shift close process you have the ability to either provide the employee with the correct totals the till should reach when closing out a shift or you can set that employee to proceed as a Blind Close Out shift change close out. So the employee completes their close out and the close out totals are only available to the management with the correct totals from the till for that employee.
