Features and Functions – a two-day class designed to get
sales, technical, and new personnel up-to-speed on the basic
functionality of Store Manager™ ES, including an
understanding of what features are most useful for key
vertical markets.
- Store Manager™ ES
Configuration and Setup – a two-day class designed to
give support, installation, and training employees a
thorough background on how to install and configure Store Manager™ ES for retail stores.
- How to Sell and
Position InfoTouch - a one-day class, targeted at
company management and sales people, reviews the competitive
position of Store Manager™ ES in the market, highlights the
strengths of the product, and provides detailed techniques
on how to overcome typical stalls and objections encountered
during the sales process.
These classes are held on a
repeating schedule, including weekends, to give our Business
Partners the opportunity to improve skills at a time that will
fit in with the demands of business.
